Maximising the views and natural light, these luxury Cottages are located in a cluster along the edge of the Te Arai Links Golf Course. Each one is north-east facing on a single level with uninterrupted views over the golf course to the ocean. Founded on a rib-raft foundation slab the timber roof is supported with structural steel framing and cantilevered glulam beams.
