Akarana Timber Warehouse, Kumeu

Structural design of a 1500m² warehouse building with single level showroom/sales office. The warehouse building was constructed with steel portal frames and precast walls on timber pile foundations with a conventional slab on grade floor.  The sales office building is constructed with timber framing.
