Te Arai Links Ocean Restaurant

The ocean restaurant is situated alongside the 18th hole at the Te Arai Links South Course and provides a stunning outlook across the course towards the ocean. The building structure is founded on reinforced concrete foundations with a steel frame and blockwork superstructure supporting the roof and providing bracing. Long span steel beams are used to maximise the clear façade with cantilevered steel beams used at both ends of the building to support the large roof overhangs.
