228 Queen Street - HB Building

Preserving a piece Auckland’s history, the HB Central redevelopment involved the seismic strengthening and complete refurbishment of this 110 year old building to provide modern retail and commercial office spaces whilst expressing its original character. The building incorporated sustainable design principles and was designed to a 5 Star Green Star rating and was awarded a commendation in the Culture & Heritage category at the 2023 SESOC Awards.
